Student Assistant
- Student Lab assistant 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars 341 Tigert Hall 300 SW 13th St, Gainesville, FL 32611 The successful applicant will be trained by lab staff to perform the following research: 1. Lab organization/maintenance/cleanup, preparation of reagents, solutions and bacteriological media, dishwashing, and autoclaving. 2. Mouse Colony Research
- Assist postdoctoral fellows with their projects. 3. RNA Research
- Preparation of genomic DNA from eukaryotic cells, PCR amplification of DNA.
4. Other related duties as required or assigned
Expected Salary:
$14.00 per hours.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma and a UF student.
Preferred:
Biochemistry and/or Microbiology lab coursework. Availability over the summer is a must. Special Instructions to
