May 20, 2025 Position Overview The Clinical Research Technician (CRT) assists the Clinical Research Coordinator in the execution of clinical trials. The primary responsibility of this role is the collection and management of clinical trial data and documents. Key Responsibilities
Protect the rights, safety and well-being of subjects enrolled in clinical trials as well as those considering participation.

Prepare for the study visits to ensure the equipment and materials required are available and ready for use.

Collect, process, store, and ship clinical specimens.

Obtain medical records from care providers.

Collect and record clinical data (i.e. demographics, medical history, vital signs, concomitant medications)Transcribe clinical data into a Case Report Form (CRF).Resolve Case Report Form (CRF) data queries.

Maintain regulatory files.

Manage the inventory of study equipment and supplies.

Identify and document errors to include a root cause analysis, corrective, and preventative actions.

Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
12 months’ experience in clinical research or the healthcare industry.

A degree, license or certificate in a scientific or health related field.

Excellent written verbal, non-verbal and visual communication skills.

Ability to think critically through situational analysis and informed decision making to facilitate ideal outcomes for stakeholders.

Ability to organize, manage time, and prioritize tasks.

Proficient in the operation of different technology (i.e. Microsoft Office 365, web browsers, printers, study equipment)A continuous improvement mindset for personal and professional development.

Ensure all materials and equipment are prepared prior to study visits.
