The ideal candidate will be support laboratory operations by performing various tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of manufacturing quality, new product formulation and lab experiments. This role is essential for maintaining the quality and integrity of liquid fertilizer manufacturing, contributing to advancements in new product development. No experience necessary and work schedule is flexible around school schedule. Responsibilities Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures, ensuring adherence to laboratory SOP’s and company policies. Maintain accurate records of experiments, observations, and results. Conduct basic mathematical calculations related to experimental protocols. Ensure that all laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated. Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the laboratory environment. Collaborate with team members on research development projects and contribute to scientific discussions. Requirements Student in senior year of high school or undergraduate No experience necessary, . Background in science related subjects a plus. Strong mathematical skills for accurate data analysis and calculations. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues.
