The ideal candidate will support various research projects by conducting experiments, collecting data, and ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. This role is essential for our operations in conducting innovative clinical trials. We are also searching for bilingual (English & Spanish- spoken and written) candidates. Responsibilities Perform phlebotomy (all ages from pediatric to geriatric) Perform ECGs and Photographic procedures Perform lab processing procedures, and then packaging and shipping Maintain inventory of all lab kits Maintain clean and safe work environment in exam rooms Maintain clean and organized research lab processing area Assist in patient monitoring and data collection during clinical trials Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive patient information Collaborate with team members to ensure patient related procedures are completed timely and efficiently Participate in the supply inventory and readiness for new clinical protocols Qualifications Medical Assistant with prior clinical experience Familiarity with clinical trials and good clinical practice standards a plus Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are necessary Ability to work independently, self-motivated, as well as collaboratively within a team setting Join our team and contribute to groundbreaking research that makes a difference in the lives of patients.
