JOB SUMMARY

This is a professional position in Department of Revenue’s Training and Professional Development business process. The position is one of three instructional designers responsible for developing and designing enterprise-wide training. The incumbent will co-lead the design and development of instructionally sound, engaging, and accessible training courses and related materials within a team environment, develop and execute comprehensive project and communication plans, facilitate and deliver training, and develop training evaluations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

+ Two years’ experience writing, designing, and verbally delivering training courses for learners for delivery in classrooms, online, webinar or other channels or platforms. + Two years’ experience managing projects related to training delivery.

PREFERENCES

+ Experience developing eLearning with design software such as Articulate 3/360 or Captivate. + Experience administering or assisting with administration of a Learning Management System. + Experience developing workplace communications.

SPECIAL NOTES

+ This is not a telework position.

SALARY:

$54,999.96 – $57,999.96.
