Responsibilities:
Support the Research Lead in the implementation of user andemployee research projects Assist with the execution of various research methodologies,including surveys, interviews, focus groups, usability testing, anddata analysis Aid with the collection, organization, and documentation ofresearch data; contribute to the analysis of research data and thepreparation of research findings; support the preparation ofreports and presentations summarizing research results Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share researchfindings, and support the integration of insights intodecision-making processes Contribute to the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs)to measure the impact of research activities; support themaintenance of research resources and materials
Qualifications:
Minimum three years of recent experience in conducting userresearch, employee research, or market research Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in arelevant field such as psychology, sociology, anthropology,human-computer interaction, market research, or a relateddiscipline is preferred Background working in a large enterprise environment ispreferred Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred Foundational understanding of research methodologies, bothqualitative and quantitative; ability to collect, organize, andanalyze data Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; goodcommunication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need foremployment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
