Job Description

Analyst, Institutional Research 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 5800 Bay Shore Road, Sarasota, FL 34243 Description This position will be responsible for transforming the college data into insights to support the institutional effectiveness process. Examples of Duties Extract and analyze data from the Banner ERP System and Student Evaluation System to fulfill internal and external data requests Compile and maintain the College Fact Book Coordinate and submit publishers’ surveys, e.g. U.S. News, Princeton Review…etc Provide technical assistance to generate and validate the state reporting data files Conduct the instructional evaluations with Watermark Course Evaluation & Survey system Maintain Faculty Annual Activity Reporting System and provide customer services working with IT to help faculty report in the FAAR System Coordinate Edsights SMS text message system – need discussion Other duties as assigned.
