Ability to handle mice, mouse breeding, genotyping, and tissue collection. Mouse surgery experience will be preferred. Responsibilities The Research Associate will perform research lab operations including mouse colony maintenance, cell bank maintenance, tissue sample and slide maintenance. The candidate will work with animal models relevant to a human disease using multiple experimental techniques including DNA/RNA/Protein extraction, mice genotyping, quantitative real time PCR, western blots and Histology. The candidate will perform statistical evaluation of research data using commercial available software (Prism, Graphpad). Salary will be commensurate with experience
