Note:

This position may only be funded through October 31, 2025. Job Summary Performs a variety of duties related to Donation Coordination during office hours and On Call, maintenance of the Donor Registry, analysis of clinical data, and data entry related to donor and prospective donor information. These tasks (1-9 below) are expected to require 70-80% effort. The remainder effort (tasks 10-20 below) will be dedicated to providing administrative support to the Harvard Brain Tissue Resource Center (HBTRC) and the laboratories of Dr. Berretta. Directly reports to HBTRC Director and Project Manager Qualifications Education Bachelor’s Degree required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Experience One year of experience required Experience in the medical environment, knowledge of clinical terms particularly related to psychiatry and neurology and pharmacology, experience related to clinical record use. preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Personal and communication skills related to interact effectively with patients from varied backgrounds and their families, clinicians, researchers and other team members. Requires basic understanding of HIPAA regulations, patient confidentiality and IT security. Must possess integrity to maintain confidentiality and respect for subjects’ rights and individual needs. Requires substantial, demonstrated ability in exercise of judgement, discretion, independent action and initiative, and excellent analytical and communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel. Must demonstrate attention to details and accuracy in data entry.
