Job Description Summary:
The Associate Scientist will beresponsible for performing analytical testing of siRNA drugsubstances, drug products, intermediates, and critical rawmaterials using UV spectrophotometry, osmometry, water contenttitration, and other chemistry instruments. Will also assist withcollection, trending, and archival of data, in preparation fortechnical reports and regulatory filings. Provideinter-departmental support by ensuring continuous supply andlife-cycle management of stability programs internally and atcontract manufacturers.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- Performtesting of stability, stress, forced degradation, photostability,excursion management, compatibility, and ASAP studies.
- Prepareand perform set downs of study plan with stakeholders.
- Analyzeand trend stability data, archive data.
- Contribute analyticaldata to stability sections of regulatory submissions.
