Position Description The Graduate Assistant (GA) will work 20 hours per week and receive up to 24 credits of tuition and student fee waivers: 9 for fall, 9 for spring and 6 for summer. Overview
Bridgewater State University is seeking a Graduate Assistant to support the Cyber Range Coordinator in managing and enhancing cybersecurity courses and program. This position offers hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations within an academic setting. Responsibilities
Assist in the daily administration of the Cyber Range, including scheduling training sessions and coordinating events.
Support the planning and execution of in-person and virtual cybersecurity events, such as workshops and competitions.
Collaborate on marketing strategies to promote Cyber Range programs to diverse audiences.
Aid in the recruitment, scheduling, and coordination of cybersecurity instructors for various training sessions.
Provide technical support during training sessions, including managing audio/visual equipment and troubleshooting technical issues.
Assist in developing new training content and scenarios based on feedback and emerging cybersecurity trends. Preferred Qualifications Qualifications
Enrollment in a graduate program at Bridgewater State University
Background in information technology or cybersecurity.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and a willingness to learn. Physical Demands Typing
