Position Information Title AY25-26 Half (.5) Graduate Assistant – Cybersecurity and Justice
Position Description The Half Graduate Assistant (.5 GA) will work 10 hours per week and receive up to 15 credits of tuition and student fee waivers: 6 for fall, 6 for spring and 3 for summer. Description of Duties
The MS in Cybersecurity and Justice Program seeks a people-oriented, enthusiastic graduate student interested in working with the program chair. The candidate would be expected to be personable and capable of completing tasks in a timely manner. Responsibilities primarily involve working with faculty and providing administrative support on special projects. The GA will also assist with public relations, such as coordinating an advisory board meeting and creating a program newsletter to inform the advisory board and others in the school about program updates and achievements. Other duties will be assigned as they arise. Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications
Experience in administrative work is preferred but not required.
Experience in professional writing is preferred.
Good communication skills (both in-person and via email) are preferred.
