Lead a team of analysts, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement based on data insights. Qualifications Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Director or similar position. Strong proficiency in data analysis skills, including experience with Python and SQL.
