Position Overview:
The role of Mobilization Assistant assists in the process of guiding prospective candidates through the mobilization pipeline. This is a full-time, remote position with limited travel. This role reports to the Director of Mobilization. This role primarily requires a daytime schedule, Monday – Friday.
Responsibilities:
New prospect missionary Inquiry call management (fielding, taking, and assigning GOI web, phone, and email inquiries) Long-term Missionary Application Pipeline admin management Inquiry follow-up via Next Steps emails, and pipeline silo communication Help to organize mobilizer events Fill-in for church partnership vetting calls & follow-up connection as needed Fill-in candidate assessment debriefs as needed Attend Monthly Mobilization meetings Attend daily morning Home Office meetings over Zoom at 8:30 am CST Attend Quarterly Missionary Calls over zoom Attend yearly Mobilization Retreat in-person Attend yearly Home Office Retreat in Tupelo, MS in-person Attend Missionary Orientation Training for onboarding in Tupelo, MS. Qualifications:
Ability to engage GOI’s mission statement, exemplify GOI’s core values, identify with GOI’s statement of beliefs, and embrace GOI’s corporate culture. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for proactive and consistent communication Strong administrative and organizational skills Strong ability to use Microsoft Office. Excellent data entry skills. Ability to display a high degree of judgment, discretion and confidentiality. Experience in using office technologies and software to accomplish tasks. Ability to learn and adapt to various functional software platforms. Demonstrated ability to achieve results with minimal supervision.
