Overview DLH is seeking Research Assistants to serve on a multi-disciplinary team that conducts data collection for a national survey study. This study focuses on the dementia workforce, assessing work environments and other factors. This position conducts research activities that include conducting nuanced and respectful recruitment communication efforts with potential participants to explain study participation and working to identify appropriate facility points of contact. Other responsibilities will include conducting direct outreach by phone, email, and mail to recruit participants, following survey protocols and processes to document survey activities, escalating and proactively identifying issues as they arise. The research assistant may also be expected to schedule internal and external meetings, set agendas, write minutes, and document action items. The role also includes developing and maintaining task lists, managing participant communications, participating in study trainings, supporting process improvement efforts, and participating in survey development.
