CW-Marketing Analytics The Data Analytics Manager advises a team that gathers, analyzes, and interprets market/business sector trends and customer data, identifying insights that ultimately inform business, product development and marketing decisions. This job manages the data collection, modelling, visualization, and interpretation efforts of the marketing analytics team. A CW Analyst who can manage and synthesize the syndicated and competitive intelligence reports and data we receive from external partners. This resource will synthesize and compile the analyses from expert reports that are published as well as work with vendors to support ad hoc business questions. This role will provide the source of truth to what key experiences look like with our competitors as well as standards across industries. This work will inform the prioritization of work to hit or differentiate between market parity or leading. This person will also provide input to the experimentation team to determine if the work being proposed is divergent enough from market standards or whether it is a “just do it”. Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison with our syndicated partners to create a full inventory and repository of syndicated reports. Synthesize the reports and create presentation ready documents that can be socialized enterprise-wide. Ad hoc competitive bench marketing for new concepts (both product launches and experimentation). Create an updated view of our position relative to competition and market leaders on our experience capabilities. Identify CX trends that are surfacing with market leaders to indicate what may be the next step for us.
