Position Type:
6 Months Contract with possible extension Pay Rate $ 27/hr on w2 with benefits
Education:
- BS Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent, Student in their last year of undergrade or master’s degree student.
Qualifications:
- Interested to work in Chemical Manufacturing Environment desired (Experience in PLC and/or DCS control system a plus)
- Strong interpersonal, and communication (oral and written) skills
- Eager to learn about different automation and digitalization systems,
- Sitting and working on a computer, working in the plant environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support engineering team to verify and update SOP in DCS.
- Validate the accuracy of Bill of Materials in DCS Vs Bill of Materials SAP.
- Support engineering team with the creation of new SOP’s in DCS.
- Maintain master data .
- Contribute to training operators on the use of DCS and digital tools.
