POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

The interim Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Planning provides leadership for the development, review, and implementation of institutional policies, procedures, and planning documents within the participatory governance structure. This position oversees key institutional processes such as accreditation reporting and strategic planning. The interim Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Planning is also responsible for the development and implementation of Butte College’s Institutional Effectiveness Manual. Successful candidates will have experience working within the participatory governance structure, be knowledgeable about the college’s policies and procedures, and demonstrate an ability to distill complex information into functional working documents.
