Research Scientist AptaPharma Pennsauken, NJ Job Details Full-time $35 – $42 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Mid-level Bachelor’s degree Pharmacy Chemistry Full Job Description Responsibilities Develop and validate analytical methods for the qualitative and quantitative assessment of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and finished dosage forms using HPLC, UV-Vis, FTIR, and other analytical tools. Method development and feasibility studies per USP monographs and client requirements Verification/validation of methods: assay, preservative assay, impurity testing, content testing, etc. Assist in the design and development of oral solid dosage forms (e.g., tablets, capsules), topical, or liquid formulations. Stability testing and compilation reports. Conduct pre-formulation studies including solubility, compatibility, and excipient screening. Analysis for raw materials, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), in process and finished drug products (release and stability testing). SOP preparation/review. Optimize formulation processes to enhance bioavailability, stability, and patient compliance. Participate in experimental design for formulation robustness and process optimization. Documentation for ANDAs/NDAs and responses to

U.S. FDA.

Preparation/review of COAs, protocols, reports, LIRs, OOS, and OOT. Support scale-up and technology transfer activities for pilot and production batches.
