Job Description
Duties include: Conduct legal research on various immigration laws, regulations, precedents, case laws to support attorneysin preparing legal arguments, briefs, immigrant/nonimmigrantpetitions. Assist attorneys in drafting visaapplications, petitions, motions, appeals, affidavits, and legal memoranda. Communicate with clients togather necessary information, provide case updates, and answer questions regarding their immigrationmatters. Provide administrative support to attorneys, including managing calendars, schedulingappointments, and organizing case files and documents. Stay informed about changes in immigration laws,policies, and procedures, and update attorneys and staff accordingly.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) or its foreign equivalent in Law/Legal Studies
