$18-20/hour What’s the Job? Perform chemical and physical testing on portfolio products and ingredients Scale and inventory raw materials and ingredients used in category products Prepare and maintain laboratory materials, products, and equipment Record, analyze, and report test results accurately and in a timely manner Assist product developers/R D team with execution and validation of new and existing products What’s Needed? 6 months to 1 year of laboratory or product development experience Ability to maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, and compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) Strong documentation and record-keeping skills per company and regulatory requirements Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Quality, Project Management) Flexibility to support innovation, cost savings, and compliance initiatives What’s in it for me?
