Position Overview:
They are seeking highly motivated Analysts and Associates to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, with a strong preference for those with prior Turnaround and Restructuring (T&R) or bankruptcy experience. As an Analyst/Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting senior professionals in executing complex restructuring engagements and providing strategic advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to assess the viability of distressed companies. Build 13-week, 3-financial statement, and debt models Assist in the development and implementation of turnaround strategies and restructuring plans. Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and other deliverables for clients and stakeholders. Perform industry and market research to support client engagements. Collaborate with senior team members to identify and evaluate potential restructuring opportunities. Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and presentations. Monitor and report on the progress of restructuring initiatives.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in finance, consulting, or a related field. Prior experience in Turnaround and Restructuring (T&R) or bankruptcy is highly preferred. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Compensation:
Base Salary:
$140k
Discretionary Bonus:
30% – 50%+
