Drexel University, College of EngineeringJob SummaryThe Drexel Advanced Infrastructure Materials (AIM) Laboratory is seeking for an outstanding candidate for a part-time research scientist position in the area of developing multifunctional polymeric fiber with microbial induced calcite precipitation functionality for concrete application. The successful candidate will work in the group of Professor Farnam in a strong collaborative environment in the departments of Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Materials Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.

Required QualificationsMinimum of PhD or Doctorate in Civil or materials engineeringMinimum of 0-1 year of experience.

Strong expertise in performing research, conducting customer discovery interviews, presentations skills and writing papers or technical reports.
