Participates in a planned research project by performing research protocols. Works independently and self-directed; is required to consistently exercise discretion and good judgment in execution, interpretation of experiments, and of data derived. What you will do Proficient in the use of a wide variety of lab techniques, research equipment & research software
Possess a thorough knowledge of laboratory equipment
Performs experiments which require analysis of results & interpretation of data or scientific methods
Assists with planning specific research protocols & procedures
Assist in development & troubleshooting of new techniques
Assist in preparation of materials to submit for IRB approval
Assist in the preparation of reports and professional research papers Education Qualifications High School Diploma / GED

  • Required
    Bachelor’s Degree
  • Preferred Experience Qualifications Several internships or paid experiences in research laboratories
  • Preferred Skills and Abilities Good written and verbal communication skills
    Able to work in an organized fashion, work well with others
    Good attention to detail.
