JOB SUMMARY
The hire will be responsible for cell culture, organoid fabrication, culture and characterization. The hire will also be responsible to other duties as assigned.
JOB DUTIES

- Work with a graduate student to maintain the culture of human induced pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes, human endothelial cells, human cardiac fibroblasts and human pericytes. 50%
- Non-Essential
- Work with a graduate student to use human induced pluripotent stem cell derived cardiomyocytes, human cardiac fibroblasts, human endothelial cells and human pericytes to prepare human cardiac organoids. In addition, the new hire with work with the graduate student to assess the structures and functions of the organoids using immuonofluorescent imaging and other techniques. 25%
