TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• In this short-term assignment (12 months), you will be pivotal in driving the digital transformation of the North America soybean P3
• Gen 0 hand-off. Beyond digitizing this segment of the pipeline, you will collaborate with EDS, TSI, TI/Gen 0 Soy Scientists, and the Puerto Rico Nursery Design team to make progress on process improvement, optimize the soybean P3 TI
• Gen 0 hand-off workflows ensuring critical crop cycle deadlines are met. The role will be a key connecting member of the CyberOps Technical Unit, as well as the NA Soybean and Varietal Product Units to transform the Planning and Operations. The primary responsibilities of this role, Senior Pipeline Planner Short Term Assignment, are to: + Implement Digital Nursery Planning tools of Velocity
• PDS-NDS systems for complete E2E Automation of Planning steps (Connecting Advancements
• > Seed Production
• > Testing); + Enable P3 Protocol Assignments by March 15th and full EAv4 workflow in Velocity; + Collaborate with the Predictive Crop Cycle (PCC) team to enable VCR-VCR connections for

PCC P3 TI

HO and implement this tool for tracking on-time metrics; + Streamline the crop plan creation process to enable timely, accurate delivery of plans to sites; + Implement SDS for NA Soy for LRP accuracy by optimizing how we are capturing remediation workload/placeholders; + Enable SeedBin to operationalize the soy Gen0 hand off to Gen 1 workflows; + Partner with the TSI Varietal Unit OTIF+Q squad and Planning Capability Hub Global Nursery Design Outcome team as needed to complete objectives; + Define Key Operational Metrics to meet and ensure the metrics are being met through the various planning and operational metrics.

• Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree; + Knowledge of software and data systems development in the plant breeding/agricultural domain with understanding of FTS and Rubicon workflows; + Knowledge of data visualization and Reporting Skills using PowerBI/Spotfire/SQL/Excel; + Self-motivated, results-oriented with a process improvements mindset, able to work independently; + Excellent influencing skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities; + High agility in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment; + Problem-solving and decision-making abilities based on data and analytical prowess; + Key competencies include customer focus, collaboration, negotiation, people agility, and conflict management;

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of professional experience preferably in Trait Introgression planning workflows, Logistics, Operational, or Agricultural fields; + Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
