$43.6K – $50.7K a year 1 day ago Qualifications AutoCAD Mid-level High school diploma or GED Bachelor’s degree 2 years GIS Full Job Description Department Facilities – Maintenance Responsibilities Works with mechanical engineering team to maintain campus hydronic flow model (Pipe Flow) to develop options for adding system capacity and improving distribution efficiency. Assist mechanical engineering team with analysis for building programming chilled water resources. Responsible for permitting and compliance reporting for the following:
FLDEP EAOR
air permit and reporting, EPA GHG reporting, FLDEP Environmental Resource Permits, and any other air or water resource permits required for the University’s utilities. Assist mechanical and electrical engineering teams with site review for electrical & chilled water, and steam. Updates chilled water, steam, and electrical system changes to the FSU campus map (both GIS and AutoCAD versions). Coordinates with Facilities Planning to develop the utilities master plan. Manages the campus lab ACH reduction program which includes engineering development, coordinating research departments and implementation of plans. Other duties as assigned, including overseeing special projects for the department. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and two years experience or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience. (
