Role Description A&G Concrete Pools is seeking a motivated Pool Service Technician to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in pool maintenance, repairs, and water chemistry management. As a Pool Service Technician, you will work under the guidance of our experienced service team, learning how to maintain and service luxury pools to the in line with the standards of A&G Concrete Pools. This role provides the foundation for career growth within the company, with opportunities to advance into leadership positions in our service department. Qualifications Strong desire to learn and develop new skills in pool maintenance and service Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments Basic knowledge and understanding of pool systems, pumps, and water chemistry Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team Prior experience within the pool service industry is required Ability to drive a company vehicle safely with a valid Florida driver’s license

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine pool maintenance, including cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing Assist in diagnosing and repairing pool equipment, such as pumps, heaters, and filtration systems Learn to troubleshoot common pool problems, ensuring timely and efficient repairs Maintain detailed records of services performed and communicate effectively with clients Follow safety protocols and ensure the proper handling of pool chemicals and tools
