The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance and a love for working outdoors. This role involves caring for various landscapes, ensuring they are healthy, attractive, and well-maintained. The Landscape Technician will also interact with clients to provide excellent customer service and address any specific landscaping needs. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on landscapes, including mowing, trimming, and planting. Ensure the health of plants by monitoring for pests and diseases and applying treatments as necessary. Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Assist in the design and installation of new landscape projects. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their landscaping needs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper care of tools and equipment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to client specifications. Qualifications Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred. Skills in pet sitting, animal care, or veterinary assistance are a plus, as interaction with pets may be required on certain properties. Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction. Knowledge of equine care or dog training is beneficial for handling properties with animals. Ability to handle animals safely, including skills in animal restraint and dog handling. Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.
