Job Purpose:
The Stormwater Supervisor at

is tasked with leading and managing the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of stormwater systems. This role ensures that all operations comply with relevant regulations, effectively manages budgets, supervises a team of professionals, and engages with the public and stakeholders to enhance stormwater management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, design, and construction of stormwater systems to ensure they meet regulatory standards and project specifications. Manage the maintenance of existing stormwater infrastructure to ensure optimal operation and longevity. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to stormwater management. Develop and manage budgets for stormwater projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability. Supervise and lead a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Engage in public outreach and education initiatives to promote understanding and support for stormwater management projects. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and community groups, to facilitate project success. Required Education:
