Job Description
JCW is partnered with a fronting insurance carrier looking for a driven, detail-oriented Senior Reinsurance Analyst to join their dynamic team. In this position you will be tasked working cross-functionally across multiple departments providing your expertise in the reinsurance space. Responsibilities Lead internal pre-renewal strategy meetings with Underwriting & Claims. Act as a primary liaison with reinsurance brokers and underwriters. Draft, review, and summarize reinsurance contracts and structures. Conduct due diligence on new reinsurers and maintain reinsurer databases. Support the Head of Reinsurance on strategic projects and presentations. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in reinsurance, placements, or brokerage. Strong understanding of MGA programs, underwriting, and claims. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Math, or related quantitative field.
