This role involves cross-functional collaboration with Chief Marketing Managers (CMMs), regional sales and marketing teams, data & analytics teams, and Finance and Sales Finance teams. The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for analyzing past tactics, identifying opportunities for improvement, and presenting business cases for future impactful incentive tactics on a recurring basis. A Day in the
Life:
Collaborate with CMMs, Finance, regional sales and marketing teams, and other stakeholders to design and coordinate incentive strategies tailored to regional and DMA needs, focusing on growth and ROI. Develop and manage a communication cadence between national HQ C&I and regional teams to identify localized opportunities and problem areas. Conduct monthly analysis of incentive tactics to establish a recirculating business intelligence system, determining what strategies are most effective. Present fact-based business cases for significant incentive deployments, including ROI analysis from profit and volume impact perspectives. Perform financial and operational evaluations to guide the implementation of incentive tactics and ensure alignment with broader organizational goals. Collaborate with data and analytics teams to use tools such as Tableau and Excel for data visualization and insight generation. Ensure alignment between regional incentives and corporate objectives through regular reporting and stakeholder engagement. As necessary, perform other related duties as assigned. Who We’re Looking for: Strong business and financial acumen with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Knowledge of pricing and incentives; experience in automotive or dealer organizations is highly preferred. Ability to present recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders from various functional organizations and to co-create final recommendations with the executive leadership team. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into actionable insights. Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Years of Experience:
6+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, pricing, incentives, planning or a related field. Experience in automotive or with dealer networks is a strong advantage. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and present to senior leadership. Education Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (e.g., Business, Finance, Marketing, or Data Analytics).
