2025/26 Happy Hollow Outdoor Learning Facilitator 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars 300 S RAY AVE, Fayetteville, AR 72701 Happy Hollow Elementary School is seeking candidates to serve as the Outdoor Learning Facilitator for the 2025-2026 school year. The Happy Hollow Outdoor Learning Facilitator will oversee outdoor learning experiences for kindergarten through 4th grade students. The Outdoor Learning Facilitator’s responsibilities include:
- Providing weekly outdoor learning opportunities for k-4 students
- Facilitating Community Partnership site visits for outdoor learning
- Partnering with FPS Outdoor Education & Sustainability Coordinator to expand and enhance outdoor learning at Happy Hollow
- Leading student activities such as:
- Establishing and maintaining outdoor learning zones
- Fishing
- Archery
- Gardening
- Nature hikes & trail mapping
- Campus litter cleanup and sustainability projects
- Urban forestry
- Wildlife observation and journaling
- Sustainability projects Salary Range 24 or 25 (Based on Education) Step 6-10 (Based on years experience) 7 hours/day 180 day contract
