About The Role:
As the Homeless Services Analyst, you’ll manage contracts and funding processes related to homeless services, support collaborative planning efforts, and help strengthen Greensboro’s homeless response system. Your expertise will support community partners, ensure effective use of resources, and inform policies grounded in data and evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Manage and monitor Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funded programs.
Develop RFPs, contract scopes, and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
Analyze program performance, assist with HUD reporting, and identify service gaps and capacity-building opportunities.
Support collaborative efforts by participating in Guilford County Continuum of Care (CoC) meetings and workgroups.
Work closely with service providers, offer technical assistance, and maintain strong working relationships to ensure communication and alignment.
Conduct policy research and data analysis to recommend Housing First and other best-practice strategies.
Draft and implement procedures that improve service coordination, performance evaluation, and community impact.
