Policy Development Analyst I -Temporary Solutions State of North Carolina – Office of State Human Resources Wake County, NC Description of Work This is a temporary position and there are no leave or retirement benefits offered with this position. Temporary employees who work an annual average of 30 or more hours per week may be eligible for health insurance coverage under the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay:

$38.13 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application). This temporary position will be assigned to the Office of State Human Resources. This position is located at 333 Fayetteville St., Raleigh, NC 27601. This is an entry-level professional policy development position within the Office of State Human Resources. Duties include the preparation of documents and reports, data collection, consulting internal and external stakeholders, researching the impact of policy and legislative proposals, presenting results, maintaining and updating agency policy documentation and manuals, and coordinating and participating in special projects.
