Advantage SCI is accepting applications to support a federal agency Insider Threat security program. Summary of duties include but not limited to: Establish innovative methods to address matters. Provide specialized analysis and production support. Provide intelligence and threat analysis of information that is tailored to agency requirements. Review and evaluate incoming reports and information, collection plans, and programs. Write clear, concise, and timely reports that identify, interpret, and collate disparate pieces of information. Develop information and technical support documents, summaries, reports, presentations, and other designated products in support of program information and technical support requirements. Present briefings to personnel designated by program management. Conduct analytical and critical thinking (i.e. understand problem set, review facts, make accurate observations and judgements and provide recommendations to management). Identify relevant data sources to clarify or corroborate investigative or operational program initiatives. Access information from classified and open-source databases. Access, analyze and interpret as well as perform research on designated systems and databases for the purpose of identifying information of interest to the requestor. Evaluate information using good judgment and decision-making processes. Experience and Skills Required Qualifications Must have a current TS/SCI and counterintelligence (CI) polygraph Bachelor’s degree. If no bachelor’s degree, a minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience performing administrative, analytical, and research functions may be substituted. A minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience performing administrative, analytical, and research functions. Preferred work experience in national security or security-related matters. Proficient in computer skills, including the ability to navigate Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Google Chrome; navigate multiple browser windows, and copy/paste to and from different applications. Must demonstrate attention to detail. Demonstrate oral communication and interpersonal skills to work within a team environment.
