It is a key part of the FBI’s operations hub in Huntsville, Alabama. Located within the Redstone Arsenal, it supports a wide range of missions including forensic analysis, cyber operations, and advanced training. The site houses specialized units such as the Terrorist Explosive Device Analytical Center (TEDAC), the Innovation Center for technical training, and the Tennessee Valley Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory (TVRCFL). With over 2,000 personnel, the facility promotes interagency collaboration with the Department of Defense, NASA, and other federal entities, serving as a major center for national security and law enforcement innovation. Full-time, 40 hours/week Position Overview The Intelligence Analyst II provides operational intelligence services in support of the FBI’s Laboratory Intelligence Unit (LIU). This role involves the analysis and exploitation of forensic and technical data, supporting national security and law enforcement operations. Key Responsibilities Conduct bulk and targeted exploitation of forensic and intelligence data Produce raw and tactical intelligence products to support FBI investigations and operations Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) from the US Government and partner agencies Contribute to intelligence products for dissemination to the U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC) and foreign partners Identify potential investigative leads from collected intelligence Required Qualifications U.S. Citizen with active Top Secret/SCI clearance and CI polygraph Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution Minimum of 3 years of intelligence analysis experience in the USIC Familiarity with intelligence requirements, systems, and processes Strong interpersonal skills, with at least 3 years of experience on multi-disciplinary teams Strong editorial and grammar abilities with at least 2 years in writing-heavy roles (e.g., copyediting, print publishing) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with at least 5 years of use Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in military, law enforcement, or other federal government roles Technical or hard science background Certified authority to release/disseminate intelligence products Please send me your most updated resume to
