Job Description:

Researches, gathers, and meticulously analyzes information from all intelligence disciplines. Determines potential threats and assesses possible courses of action, providing critical insights that directly inform strategic decisions. Implements and disseminates vital strategic and tactical intelligence, ensuring information reaches the right hands at the right time. Expertly determines the priority and reliability of all incoming information, sifting through vast amounts of data to identify actionable intelligence.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for identifying patterns and trends to determine potential threats and assesses viable courses of action, providing crucial insights that inform strategic decision-making. Collaborates with internal and external partners to develop comprehensive reports and briefings, leveraging various intelligence tools to support ongoing missions and address evolving global challenges. Analytical expertise and commitment to accuracy are paramount in this fast-paced environment.

Duties:

Researches, gathers, and analyzes information from all intelligence disciplines (e.g., HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, MASINT, GEOINT, IMINT) to identify patterns, discern trends, determine potential threats, and assess possible courses of action. Implements and disseminates strategic and tactical intelligence products and briefings to relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership and operational teams. Determines the priority, validity, and reliability of incoming intelligence information from diverse sources, applying critical thinking and established methodologies. Develops and maintains in-depth knowledge of current global and regional geopolitical dynamics, adversaries, and emerging threats. Utilizes various intelligence tools, databases, and software to process, organize, and synthesize raw data. Prepare comprehensive intelligence reports, briefings, and assessments, presenting findings clearly and concisely. Collaborate effectively with inter-agency partners, allied organizations, and internal teams to share information and enhance intelligence efforts. Participates in the intelligence cycle, contributing to planning, collection management, processing, exploitation, and dissemination. Identifies intelligence gaps and proposes new collection requirements to address evolving threats. Supports ongoing operations by providing timely and actionable intelligence updates.

Clearance Required:

Applicants must have an active TS/SCI clearance with an adjudicated active CI Polygraph with willingness to participate in the Contractor Polygraph Program. Applicants must be able to submit documentation establishing U.S. Person status upon hiring. All ISA employees are required to uphold and maintain trustworthiness and suitability requirements of the U.S. federal government.

Experience Required:

Experience should include but is not limited to working knowledge of: A minimum of three (3) years of intelligence analysis work experience in the US Intelligence Community (IC) writing raw and/or tactical intelligence products. Experience and/or familiarity with intelligence requirements and processes. Strong interpersonal ability, demonstrated by at least three (3) years of experience working on a multi-disciplined team or within a team environment. Strong editorial and grammatical skills, demonstrated by at least two (2) years of experience in copy editing, print-publishing, or other writing-heavy responsibilities. At least five (5) years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite products, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Preferred:

Previous military, law enforcement, or other federal government/non-USIC experience Candidates with hard science or technical background are preferred but not required Any experience having certified release authority to release and/or disseminate intelligence products

Education:

Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university, or Associate degree and seven (7) years of USIC Intelligence experience, or High School Diploma and nine (9) years of USIC Intelligence experience For senior levels, certification and relevant experience in a managerial position is an added advantage.
