Time Solutions, LLC , a Chenega Professional Services ‘ company, is seeking an experienced mission-driven Intelligence Analyst II to provide operational intelligence support to a federal laboratory within the US Intelligence Community (USIC) engaged in national security and investigative operations. The Intelligence Analyst will perform bulk and target exploitation, intelligence analysis, and dissemination of tactical and operational insights to federal stakeholders. This position is 100% onsite and requires a strong background in classified intelligence work, an understanding of secure environments, and the ability to collaborate while honoring the boundaries of a contractor role. Estimated selection date August 30 th , 2025 Estimated start date September 30 th , 2025 Responsibilities Conduct bulk and target data exploitation to extract operationally relevant intelligence aligned with federal agency mission needs. Analyze raw intelligence data and generate tactical and operational assessments to support investigative operations. Apply structured analytic techniques to identify trends, threats, and intelligence gaps. Translate complex findings into clear, actionable intelligence products suitable for federal consumption. Maintain and enforce data handling protocols in SCIF environments, ensuring security standards are upheld. Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team setting, demonstrating effective communication and partnership with analysts, engineers, and government stakeholders. Support ongoing intelligence processes and collection requirements while maintaining awareness of current agency priorities. Demonstrate strong writing and editorial skills by producing accurate, grammatically sound, and clearly formatted intelligence documentation. Leverage experience with publishing or copyediting tasks to ensure quality and readability of deliverables. Prepare formal briefings and intelligence packages using Microsoft Office Suite tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with proficiency developed over at least five years of hands-on experience. Participate in classified discussions, briefings, and inter-agency coordination meetings, upholding the integrity of the contractor role. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph. Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Intelligence Studies, Political Science, Criminal Justice, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of intelligence analysis work experience in the USIC writing raw and/or tactical intelligence products. Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated writing-heavy experience in copyediting, publishing, or content development. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with federal intelligence requirements, operational priorities, and analysis processes. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of the work.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Prior mission experiences supporting the same or similar federal intelligence programs or operating environments. Previous SCIF role or cleared position in a sensitive federal or national security context. Experience working with or supporting intelligence analysis tools in operational analysis workflows. A background in hard sciences or technical disciplines (e.g., physics, engineering, data science) is preferred but not required. Previous military, law enforcement, or other federal government/non-USIC experience is strongly desired. Estimated Salary/Wage USD $75,000.00/Yr. Up to USD $100,000.00/Yr.
