We are currently seeking an experienced Intelligence Analyst III (Program Manager) to support the FBI’s operations at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL . Position Overview As an Intelligence Analyst III (PM) , you will serve as both a senior intelligence subject matter expert and contract program manager, guiding a high-performing team in support of strategic FBI initiatives. This is a leadership-focused position requiring deep experience in intelligence analysis, program oversight, and interagency coordination within the U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC) . Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary Program Manager and senior Intelligence Analyst for contract execution and mission success. Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver intelligence products aligned with FBI objectives. Develop, review, and disseminate high-quality written products and analytical briefings. Coordinate with FBI stakeholders to align resources and tasking priorities. Support development and execution of intelligence requirements, processes, and workflows. Prepare and deliver detailed reports, task responses, and performance assessments. Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, security standards, and contract deliverables. Minimum Qualifications Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph (no exceptions). Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. At least 5 years of experience in intelligence analysis within the USIC. Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience . Prior experience as a Program Manager or senior-level Contract Intelligence Analyst. Demonstrated familiarity with intelligence requirements and lifecycle processes . Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with experience working in multi-disciplinary teams . Exceptional editorial and grammar skills, with at least 2 years of copyediting or writing-intensive experience . Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with 5+ years of usage . Preferred Qualifications Experience as a Program Manager within the military, law enforcement, or federal civilian agencies . Background in hard science or technical disciplines (engineering, cyber, etc.). Experience as a certified release authority for intelligence dissemination. Familiarity with FBI internal processes and DOJ mission support frameworks.
