Summary We are seeking Intelligence Analysts II and Intelligence Analyst III/Program Manager to join our team at Thomas Solutions Incorporated. In this role, you will provide operational intelligence services in direct support of the FBI Laboratory Intelligence Unit (LIU) by conducting bulk and target exploitation, intelligence, and data analysis to be disseminated to the appropriate customers. Additionally, you will respond to requests for information, produce intelligence products for dissemination and help identify potential leads. This position is crucial for maintaining our reputation as leaders in the industry.

Full-time Requirements :

A Bachelor’s degree from a regionally-accredited college or university. Five years (5) of intelligence analysis work experience in the United States Intelligence Community (USIC) Three (3) years of leadership and/or supervisory experience in the DoD, FBI or DHS environments Experience and/or familiarity with intelligence requirements and processes Three (3) years of experience working on a multi-disciplined team or within a team environment demonstrating strong interpersonal ability Experience writing raw and/or tactical intelligence products Two (2) years of experience in copyediting, print-publishing, or other writing-heavy responsibilities. Strong editorial and grammar skills Five (5) years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite products, including

MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Tasks:

Provide operational intelligence services in direct support of the FBI Laboratory Intelligence Unit Provide raw intelligence tactical analysis, and operational analysis, as appropriate, to support LIU’s intelligence functions and analytical needs, in furtherance of FBI investigations and operations. Conduct bulk and target exploitation, intelligence, and data analysis to be disseminated to the appropriate customers Respond to requests for information, produce intelligence products for dissemination and help identify potential leads.

Preferred Experience:
