Job Description

Program Manager/Intelligence Analyst III Dorrean, LLC Huntsville, AL 35811 Overview Dorrean is currently recruiting for an Intelligence Analyst/Program Manager with an Active Top Secret/SCI CI Polygraph clearance for a contract role with a federal agency in Huntsville, AL. The Intelligence Analyst/Program Manager shall serve primarily as an Intelligence Analyst, but also assist with Program Management needs as a secondary role. Below are responsibilities for each role: Responsibilities Intelligence Analyst Identify raw intelligence for potential dissemination to Intelligence Community partners, Law Enforcement partners, or both and produce raw intelligence reports when appropriate. Conduct research, data exploitation, and analysis at the tactical level of the scale of analysis and, as appropriate, communicate key findings or analytic assessments in tactical intelligence products and through oral briefings. Conduct research and analysis to support national threat strategies. Analyze, assimilate, and evaluate all available intelligence information relating to their assigned program. Prepare factual, non-analytic reports, as necessary, to include summaries. Provide specialized intelligence and threat analysis and production support. Access and perform research on designated automated intelligence databases for the purpose of identifying information of interest, downloading the identified information to an appropriate medium, and editing the information into format(s) to be specified by the federal agency. Present briefings to personnel designated by the federal agency. Program Manager Serve as the representative responsible for the technical and administrative performance of all services required for the contract. Establish and maintain a technically proficient and professionally capable staff throughout the period of performance. Minimize personnel turnover and promptly onboard new personnel to ensure adequate resource levels needed to meet requirements of the contract and motivate individuals to achieve excellent and timely performance. Resolve problems with little or no disruption to the activities performed under the contract. Continually monitor the quality and timeliness of products and services provided under this Requirement throughout the life of the Requirement, collaborating with designated government representatives in obtaining and delivering feedback on deliverables. Develop an understanding of work expectations, templates, and deliverables to facilitate and deliver baseline training to onboarding/new contract employees and monitor performance. Ensure every Intelligence Analyst on the contract has a clearly defined role, understands their performance and reporting expectations, and provides weekly status updates to the Program Manager to ensure inclusion in the deliverables’ status reporting. Ensure a technically proficient and professionally capable staff is established and maintained throughout the life of the contract. Address any personnel issues, as well as any issues with deliverables with the Intelligence Analysts. Identify any risks affecting contract performance and develop and implement mitigation strategies. Requirements Five (5) years of intelligence analysis work experience in the USIC. Three (3) years of leadership and/or supervisory experience. Experience and/or familiarity with intelligence requirements and processes. Strong interpersonal ability, demonstrated by at least three years of experience working on a multi-disciplined team or within a team environment. Strong editorial and grammar skills, demonstrated by at least two years of experience in copyediting, print-publishing, or other writing-heavy responsibilities. At least five years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite products, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
