Full Time The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is a professional services and consulting firm committed to supporting government customers. We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to support the United States (U.S.) Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), in Analytics Support for the Insider Threat Office (InTO) Security Division. Work will be performed on-site at the FBI site located at 4942 Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze data, develop information, and assess available solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
Develop and project data, estimate probabilities based upon knowledge of current and past program situations, and understand the significance of conditions and trends.
Communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
Prepare complete, clear, and concise formal and informal reports, correspondence, briefings, charts, tables, and graphs.
Identify impacts and effects of study findings and make recommendations.
Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Assist in preparation of presentations.
Conduct massive data analysis to include development of query techniques, prototype programs, and algorithms.
Prepares finished studies of factual data.
Prepare, review, and submit required reports and communicating policies, purpose, and goals of the organization to less senior personnel.
Present briefings to personnel designated by program management.
Demonstrated attention to detail with a professional demeanor, regardless of the circumstance.
Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills appropriate for a team environment.
Conduct analytical and critical thinking (i.e. understand problem set, review facts, make accurate observations and judgments and provide recommendations to management)
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Establish innovative methods to address matters.
Provide specialized analysis and production support.
Provide intelligence and threat analysis of information that is tailored to InTO requirements.
Review and evaluate incoming reports and information, collection plans, and programs.
Write clear, concise, and timely reports that identify, interpret, and collate disparate pieces of information.
Develop information and technical support documents, summaries, reports, presentations, and other designated products in support of program information and technical support requirements.
Must have proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Google Chrome; navigate multiple browser windows, and copy/paste to and from different applications.
Conduct analytical and critical thinking.
Identify relevant data sources to clarify or corroborate investigative or operational program initiatives.
Access information from classified and open-source databases.
Access, analyze and interpret as well as perform research on designated systems and databases for the purpose of identifying information of interest to the requester, organizing and reporting the identified information to an appropriate medium, and editing the information into format(s) specified by the InTO SOP.
Evaluate information using good judgment and decision-making skills.
May be designated as Program Manager’s alternate and functional area Site Lead.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; 4 years of military or federal experience in a similar program may be substituted for degree.
A minimum of eight (8) years of hands-on experience performing administrative, analytical, and research functions in national security or operational security-related matters
An active Top Secret clearance is required with eligibility to receive access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) or an FBI/FBI-accepted CI (counterintelligence) polygraph.
