Must have 8 years of experience. This position is deployable.•Eight (8) or more years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with 5 or more years. Working for or with USSOCOM SOF or national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA. Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends. Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools. Three (3) or more years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products). Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher. Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and current SIGINT related databases to support analytical efforts and product development in support of operations. Proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development. Strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing and influencing the conduct of SIGINT operations. Strong background and firsthand experience in SIGINT Analysis, SIGINT systems, tools, and databases, reporting and collection management. Expert knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable.
