Do you have a physical, mental, emotional, or health condition? If you answered ‘yes,’ we want you to take our survey! The world is changing, and now, more than ever, your experiences need to be heard! We are conducting this research to better understand and document how getting needed health care services, how having certain types of health care and/or insurance coverage affects the life, health and participation in the community of people with disabilities. Your d knowledge and experiences will be used to develop resources, as well as policy and practice recommendations, to address issues that affect the health, employment, and lives of Americans with disabilities!
