As an Engineering Roadmap and Scheduling Analyst, you will play a vital role in integrating multiple program schedules, identifying dependencies between missile and launcher development schedules and Materiel Release needs. Your expertise will assist the System of Systems lead within STORM Engineering in critical path analysis, strategic planning and briefing status to senior leadership.

This position is located in Huntsville, Al.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Integrate and manage multiple development schedules, ensuring dependencies are accounted for and critical paths are identified.

Assist in strategic planning and issue identification to support the System of Systems lead within STORM Engineering.

Provide regular status briefings to senior leadership, highlighting potential risks and dependencies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination between missile, launcher, and software schedules.

Support Materiel Release needs and analyze testing schedules to prevent delays in fielding new technology.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

Due to the nature of the work, US citizenship and a SECRET security clearance are required8 yrs. experience in systems engineering and schedule management.

Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and resolve scheduling dependencies.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to brief senior leadership effectively.

Experience in strategic planning and project management.

Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:

Experience in defense or military projects.

Familiarity with missile and launcher development processes.
