Modification of drawings based on input from Design Manager and Sr. Designers
Assist in meetings and preparation of graphics for presentations
Research and review of local land development regulations for design standards
Assistance in the design of plans using basic knowledge of water conveyance and retention, utility easements, parking, open space, access/egress points, vehicular circulation, landscape areas, etc.
Work under the direction of a Design Manager and guidance from Sr. Designers on the Site Planning Team
Works in a team environment to establish and maintain common schedule goals Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Engineering, Urban Design or equivalent from an accredited university;
0-3 years related experience with the ability to become licensed in the State of Florida
Demonstrates reliable understanding of the relationship between design and constructability;
Proficiency using computer software programs including AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite;
Experience using computer software programs including SketchUp, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and/or Illustrator is a plus;
Ability to prepare hand drawn sketches, graphics and illustrations;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to write reports, business correspondence and presentations. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
