VP of Land Overview:
We are seeking a Land Entitlements Manager to oversee the entitlement process for residential and mixed-use projects. This role will manage due diligence, zoning, permitting, and coordination with local municipalities to ensure project approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage entitlement timelines and approvals for new communities. Coordinate with city/county agencies, consultants, and internal teams. Oversee zoning, permitting, and land use applications. Conduct due diligence and support land acquisition team as needed. Ensure all projects comply with local regulations and requirements.
Qualifications:
5+ years in land entitlement, planning, or land development. Strong knowledge of zoning, permitting, and local government processes. Excellent communication and project management skills. Bachelor’s in Planning, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or related field.
