Job Description The Coordinator, Planning & Control supports portfolio management by gathering and aligning information, assisting with presentation materials, scheduling meetings, managing strategic materials, organizing internal knowledge, and supporting budget planning. The role ensures smooth operations and effective communication across departments to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

Assist in monitoring the progress of the portfolio across all channels (Linear and 3rd parties) by gathering information from the Development (Scripted and Non-scripted) and Production areas, according to the approved program phases. Support the alignment of information with the planning of the Programming and Production areas to ensure consistency and accuracy. Help develop portfolio monitoring materials for board meetings, including status reports and program indicators, ensuring they are comprehensive and up-to-date. Schedule and coordinate meetings to align program premises with the Creators, Development, and Production directorate. Assist in formalizing demand entry and initiating the approval simulation process. Maintain governance of meetings between Development/Production and Creators, ensuring updates are communicated internally for decision-making. Structure and manage strategic materials on demand for other company areas. Organize internal knowledge by maintaining content in a shared folder for team access and future reference. Assist in governing processes linked to the program pipeline. Keep the delivery rule updated with the planning areas of the program. Design and maintain updated processes derived from the Budget Governance. Support the budget cycle planning for the Content Development Area and participate in the preparation of the budget presentation in alignment with the Finance area.

Qualifications Basic Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience or comparable role. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills, particularly in document management. Full fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is preferred. Prior experience in Customer Service. Willingness to travel on short notice and during weekends. Flexibility to work late hours and accommodate last-minute scheduling changes in a 24/7 production environment.
