We made a splash in Atlanta and we are continuing to grow. Can You Hunt For & Acquire Land? Can you share the Epcon story, build relationships and negotiate a land deal? Have you prepared a thorough due diligence and site feasibility and worked with local municipalities to secure approval for new land acquisition/development projects. The qualified candidate will have at least 3 years land acquisition and entitlement experience in the local Atlanta market with a regional or national home builder. A bachelor’s degree or higher is desired in a related field of study. Responsibilities – Land Acquisition & Entitlement Manager The Land Acquisition & Entitlement Manager is responsible for analyzing markets and generating potential acquisitions through direct contact with land owners, land brokers, local contacts, and developers. Participates in land feasibility analysis and projects profitability along with assisting with due diligence studies and the entitlement process. Initiates and negotiates deals with land sellers and works with our legal team to prepare and present contracts and amendments.
